Order Confirmation & Shipment:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we are processing your order and preparing for shipment. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided at check out. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail and void the payment.

Unless otherwise noted, all our items come with Free Shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Please contact us for shipping price for Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard Shipping (Free Shipping) delivery is to the first covered threshold. In apartment buildings and office buildings, this would be to the lobby, if there is a doorman or receptionist. If there is no covered area to place the delivery in, it will be taken as close as possible to the building structure, which may be curbside, and it will be the customer's responsibility to unload the pallet and bring merchandise into the building. 

We can provide additional shipping options including Delivery to Room of Choice and White Glove Services. Price will vary depending on items and shipping locations. Please contact us for a specific quote.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damages you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to  and we will replace for free your order with a new shipment. 


If you cancel the order after it has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $40 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. 

Refunds & Returns:

Standing Health will offer a free exchange if the product arrives damaged. Please follow the instructions under “Damages” if this is the case.

Return terms vary by brand and by product (outlined below), and in most cases, there will be a cost associated with returned items.  You can find the Return policies for each manufacturer below.

25% restocking fee, and customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 



Returns Policy:

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all opened items.
  • All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in “like new” condition. Items returned in other than “like new” condition may be subject to additional restocking fees. Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing credit.
  • All returned items must be unassembled and repackaged in the manner they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional restocking fees.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for round trip shipping on returned items and let us know the tracking number of the shipment. If we offer pre-paid shipping label to you, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days and receive 100% refund of the purchase price.

The returned unit must arrive in like new condition. The best way to assure that the unit ships in good condition is to pack the unit in the original box and shipping material. Make sure and keep the original box and packaging materials for 30 days. All returned products will be evaluated and the refund will be processed based on the overall condition of the unit upon return.

The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges.



Returns policy:

Items ordered in error may be charged a restocking fee for the item's price and we will not refund the shipping charges. Any product being returned to us must have an RMA form included. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after your package has been delivered for the refund to be issued to your account. This does not include days that your item is in transit. Things that void a warranty and further business with us are physical abuse of the item, improper use, failure to return all the pieces/parts, any permanent alterations, and swearing/threatening customer service. Please note that the warranty for items varies by product category.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 100 days of receipt of your order, you may return any products to the factory in new condition for a refund with a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
